Cranial sacral therapy (CST) is a light touch approach that can release tension deep in the body by communicating with the central nervous system, relieving pain and dysfunction. CST is about facilitating and enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal.
Examples of conditions CST is helpful for:
*Chronic neck/ back pain
*Headaches/migraines
*Immune disorders
*Fibromyalgia
*Scoliosis
*PTSD
*ADHD
*And more.
**These sessions the client stays fully clothed on the table with no oil use.

Full body assessment, light to medium pressure depending on client preference. Meant to relax the nervous system and help move stuck tension and fluids.

** Sessions are always a combination of all the techniques I am trained in to best serve the client’s needs. CST is listed as a separate option in the event that the clients exclusively wants to receive CST.

Mia’s story:

Background: I have always had a fascination with the body and how it operates in tandem with the mind and spirit. When growing up I was a gymnast, and then coached for 10 years. The world of gymnastics furthered my curiosity and understanding of body/ mind connection and mechanics.

Schooling: Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage.

Training with the Upledger Institute. Completed CS1 and CS2 Certifications.
